Jessica Brown is a Director of Station Theater and an applied improvisation facilitator. She has trained and performed in improvisational theatre since 2009 and has taught and coached performers of all levels since 2014. She teaches all levels of improv and Producing and Directing Live Shows at Station Theater, grounding her facilitation work in real-world performance practice.
Jessica designs and leads applied improvisation programs for organizations seeking stronger communication, collaboration, leadership, and creative problem solving. Her work helps teams listen more effectively, navigate uncertainty, build trust, and make better decisions together. She brings clarity, play, and practical tools into spaces that want to work better together.
Her approach prioritizes psychological safety, shared ownership, and skills participants can use immediately. This includes leaders, teams, and organizations navigating change or working across disciplines.
In addition to her applied improv work, Jessica is an active performer and producer. She performs regularly with multiple improv ensembles and has produced large-scale comedy festivals, shows, and training programs. This ongoing performance and production work keeps her facilitation grounded in collaboration, ensemble thinking, and live creative practice.
