LOCATION
Located at 2000 Nance in Houston’s vibrant 5th Ward Cultural Arts District
Just north of Downtown Houston and south of I-10, with easy access from all major highways
PARKING
Parking lot entrance is located BEHIND the building.
From Nance, turn onto Semmes Street, then take the first right to drive behind the building. The parking lot entrance will be on your right.
This is a GATED lot. The gate closes at 6:00 pm, but a staff person will let you in with a remote until 15 minutes after the show start time.
If the gate is not open or if that 15 minutes has passed, please text or call 832.786.0413 for assistance.
To exit, pull forward slowly toward the gate to activate the sensor and leave plenty of space in front of your vehicle, as the gate opens very wide.
BUILDING ACCESS
The main entrance is at the BACK of the building in the gated parking lot.
A greeter will be at the door to welcome you.
Rideshares should drop off at this entrance.

TRAIN DETOUR
Don’t Let the Train Delay Your Show!
If you are traveling I-10 Eastbound, please note that the train crossing on the west side of our building can occasionally stop for 30 to 60 minutes, blocking access.
Most GPS apps will suggest the McKee Street exit. Avoid this exit!
Take Exit 770B (Jensen Dr / Meadow St / Gregg St). This ensures a clear, reliable path directly to the theater without surprise extended delays.
